• A CTF staff volunteer will welcome you and give you a short introduction of what makes the Careers Through Faith ministry unique from other career transition workshops.
• Next, professional career coach, Nick Synko will lay the foundation of how & why the CTF ministry teaches job hunting and career discernment from a Christian perspective. Using many real life stories and examples from his 20 years as a career coach, Nick will also cover:
• The Three Career Stages
• The Factors That Create Sustainable Faith-Based Success
• Participants will work through table team exercises which will help each participant clarify and become more adept at describing their own skills, abilities, interests, professional qualifications and differentiators.
• Lunch
• Discussion of results and insights from the team exercises.
• CTF staff will talk about how to better align who you are with what you do.
• Nick Synko will discuss networking, job search strategies, resume and cover letters and the importance of knowing yourself well, both professionally and personally, for a successful job hunt/career.

The CTF staff and career coaches donate their time and energy to present the program and receive no compensation.
